Piercing Age Requirements + Basic Cost Menu
**WE PIERCE WITH OUR JEWELRY ONLY (NO USED OR OUTSIDE JEWELRY CAN BE USED FOR NEW PIERCINGS)
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian with proper identification. For minors 4-17 years of age, the minor does not need a photo ID. The guardian’s photo ID is all that is required. If the guardian is not a birth parent, Adoption Papers or Power of Attorney giving full guardianship without limitation is required.
Please note: Age requirements are subject to change based on Arizona state laws and studio policy. The following reflects our current guidelines.

Valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required.

Nipple piercings $75 each nipple (14g jewelry is included

Must be accompanied by a legal guardian with valid ID.
The minor must:
Verbally consent to the piercing
Choose their own jewelry
Legibly write their name on the release form
Approve placement in the piercing room
